1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

5Bonuses & Promotions

jl8696 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

10Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl8696's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12Amendments to These Terms

• Termination by jl8696: jl8696 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if jl8696 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
• Effect of termination: Upon termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jl8696 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl8696 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
